Two Tiny Mindfulness Habits

I’m trying to integrate more mindfulness into my life and I found a blog post about doing these small bits of mindfulness. The short version is this:

  1. When you open a door, open the door mindfully.
  2. When you sit, take your seat mindfully.

I’ve been trying this and it does help to be more in touch with life as I live it. I don’t remember every time but that doesn’t matter. It’s just adding a little daily mindfulness. 🙂
